Role & responsibilities

2 to 5 years experience in the areas of Health, Safety, Environment Management for heavy engineering equipment manufacturing company.

A strategic planner with competency in devising significant solutions and implementing health safety management systems for maintaining sound environmental and safety conditions.

Possess in depth understanding of various safety methods & proven abilities in co-coordinating and leading variety of people and projects with an ability to develop strategic plans.

Capable to face various audits, inspection to evaluate deviations in existing safety management Systems. Must have experience in facing of Internal and External audit of OHSAS 18001,2007 or ISO 45001 ,2018 and have hand in preparation of ISO 45001 documentation.

Capable of organizing training and motivational programs to encourage & develop the Safety culture among all the employees. Planning & Organizing Safety Committee Meeting.

Co-ordinate procurement of valuable quality PPEs.

Monitoring work place in order to find out unsafe conditions & unsafe acts, incident, near misses & its corrective action to investigate accidents & to find out root cause.





Implementation of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) self-assessment programs.

Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Accident Reporting, Investigation and Follow-up, Noise Management, Industrial Hygiene, Dangerous Goods Management, Chemical Management, Ergonomics, and House Keeping Monitor.

Candidate willing to work at Bhilai (Chhattisgarh) & Murbad (Maharashtra) Location

Mini qualification: Diploma (any stream) Or Bsc (Chem /Physic)

ADIS (From the state board) / Diploma In Fire Service Engineering-2 years (from the state board)

Work Background : Prefer the heavy fabrication industries or Heavy commercial project (not including high-rise buildings).

Work Experience: 3 years minimum.

Most familiar with Excel and PowerPoint.

Resident: within a range of 30 km from Murbad.

Language: Must be aware of the local language
