Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Safety Officer to ensure a safe and compliant workplace. The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting inspections and risk assessments, providing safety training, and ensuring compliance with applicable statutory and company safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Identify hazards and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Factories Act, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct safety induction and regular toolbox talks / safety training for employees and workers.




- Monitor the proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses and prepare detailed reports.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, training records, and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate fire safety, emergency preparedness, and mock drills.
- Monitor safe working practices for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to address unsafe conditions.
- Support the implementation of Permit to Work (PTW), LOTO, work-at-height, confined-space, hot-work, and other safety procedures.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and promote a strong safety culture across the organization.
- Assist in preparing emergency response plans and ensuring availability of firefighting and emergency equipment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
