Job Responsibilities

Monitor and implement safety activities at the client plant/site.

- Conduct regular safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions.

- Conduct safety training, Toolbox Talks (TBT), and safety awareness programs.

- Conduct safe and technical safety talks with employees and site teams.

- Ensure proper safety induction and awareness for current joiners.

- Conduct and coordinate the RR (Risk Recognition) Program.

- Implement monthly/periodic safety themes and related awareness activities.

- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, rules, and client requirements.

- Maintain safety records, reports, and relevant documentation.

- Coordinate with site teams and client representatives on safety-related matters.

- Perform other safety-related activities as assigned.

Essential Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: Diploma in Industrial Safety.

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant industrial safety experience.

- Experience in plant/site safety operations is mandatory.

- Good communication, training, and safety monitoring skills.

- Willingness to work at the client site in Dhanbad.
