Establishing a dedicated "L1.5" support team to provide coverage during the hours outside of the standard 16x5 model, specifically during US night shifts and weekends, this team will have following responsibilities:
1. Only act as an Eyes on glass kind of support , to keep lights on.
Analyse incoming cybersecurity incidents and tickets to determine their nature and assign them to the appropriate security tower for resolution Execute Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) based resolutions for routine and low-priority incidents For critical P1/P2 incidents, the team will coordinate immediately with the designated L2/L3 Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and engage the on-call support personnel to facilitate timely issue resolution.
Will have access to in-scope security tools/technologies, monitor the device dashboard/product console.
Deep analysis or policy changes will be done by core team (L2/L3).
