6 to 8+ Years of Experience in RTR Domain

- Candidate should have strong accounting interpretational skills

- Candidate should have good communication skills (in English – Both Oral & Written).

- Candidate should be self-reliant & be on his or her own to independently handle clients from India, US & Canada Regions.

- Hands-on exposure in GL & AR Domain (Merchandise Accounting, Month-End Close, SOX Audit Compliance) are preferred.

- Hands-on exposure in reviewing Balance Sheet Reconciliations, P&L; Analysis

- Understanding on Financial Accounting Standards

- Knowledge in USGAAP will be an added advantage

- Exposure in Retail Industry Finance & Accounts Function will be an added advantage.

- User Level Conversance in ERP Tools Oracle, People Soft & Mainframe

- User Level Conversance in MS Office Tools & particularly in MS Excel is a must.

- Positive Presentation Skills to Manage Reporting Activities for Clients

- Education – B.Com / M.Com
