Role Description The Robotics Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves operating and monitoring concrete 3D printing robots and related machinery during daily construction activities.

Responsibilities include preparing equipment and materials, performing routine inspections, and ensuring that printed structures meet quality and safety standards.

The Robotics

Operator will assist with basic maintenance, use hand tools for adjustments and minor repairs, and coordinate with the engineering and construction teams to execute build plans.



The role also requires clear documentation of operational data, adherence to safety procedures, and effective communication with colleagues on job progress and issues.

Qualifications

- Ability to operate and monitor machines and robotic systems, including experience with machine operation and industrial machinery.
- Skills in quality control, with the capacity to inspect printed structures and ensure they meet defined specifications and safety standards.
- Comfort using hand tools and basic mechanical skills for adjustments, alignment, and routine maintenance.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, report issues, and follow instructions clearly and accurately.
- Basic understanding of construction or manufacturing processes; prior experience in a production, construction, or industrial environment is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, safety-focused mindset, and ability to work in office in a physically active role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in mechanical, robotics, or related fields is beneficial.
