Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Robotics Instructor based in Chennai.

The Robotics

Instructor will support and deliver robotics and STEM training sessions for students, including preparing lesson plans, demonstrations, and hands-on activities. Daily responsibilities include setting up and maintaining robotics kits and lab equipment, guiding learners through programming exercises, and providing clear explanations of concepts. The intern will assist in developing and refining training materials, assessing learner progress, and offering constructive feedback.



The role also involves collaborating with other instructors, ensuring a safe and inclusive lab setting, and engaging with learners and guardians in a professional manner.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in robotics and STEM, with the ability to explain core concepts in a clear and engaging way.
- Programming skills relevant to robotics (e.g., block-based coding, C/C++, Python, or similar), and willingness to learn new tools.
- Communication and training skills to conduct sessions, interact with learners of different ages, and adapt teaching style to varied learning needs.
- Interest in education, mentoring, and hands-on project-based learning environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage classroom dynamics, and maintain lab equipment responsibly.
- Pursuing or completed studies in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields is preferred.
- Previous experience with robotics kits, school workshops, or technical clubs is an advantage but not mandatory.
