Role & responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, TMC, and other manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair machine electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues.
- Maintain and support FANUC-controlled CNC machines and industrial robots.
- Diagnose machine faults using PLC logic, HMI, alarms, and electrical drawings.
- Support robotic system operation, maintenance, and programming modifications.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Implement Kaizen and continuous improvement projects to improve productivity, quality, and equipment reliability.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance records, equipment history cards, and reports.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure optimal machine availability.
- Perform machine installation, commissioning, and alignment activities when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality,



and maintenance standards.
- Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to enhance OEE and reliability.
- Solid knowledge of CNC, VMC, and TMC machine maintenance.
- Experience with FANUC controls and robotic systems.
- Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Omron, or equivalent).
- Understanding of electrical circuits, drives, motors, sensors, servo systems, and HMIs.
- Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Familiarity with TPM, Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing practices.
- Ability to read electrical, mechanical, and PLC schematics.
