BrightCHAMPS is hiring Robotics Teachers across India for remote, part-time online teaching. Freshers and early-career Engineering graduates with basic Robotics/Electronics knowledge and strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Teaching Window: 2:00 AM–8:00 AM IST

Teachers should be available consistently for 4–6 hours within this window.

Earning Opportunity: Most active teachers typically earn approximately ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on allocated and conducted hours, student region and teaching performance.

Ready-to-teach curriculum and training are provided. No lesson plan or teaching deck creation is required.

What You Will Do

- Conduct live online Robotics classes for school students.
- Conduct both demo and regular learning classes.
- Explain Robotics and Electronics concepts through simple,



hands-on demonstrations.
- Demonstrate Robotics components and projects during live classes.
- Follow the BrightCHAMPS ready-to-teach curriculum and teaching methodology.
- Participate in required training, assessments and feedback sessions.

Who Can Apply?

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Basic understanding of Robotics and Electronics
- Familiarity with sensors, motors, servos and simple circuits
- Comfortable with basic hardware troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Microbit, MakeCode, PictoBlox or similar platforms is an advantage
- Freshers can apply
- Good spoken English with a explicit, neutral accent
- Ability to explain technical concepts simply
- Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet and basic digital teaching tools

Work-From-Home Requirements

- Laptop with working camera and microphone
- Secondary camera for demonstrating Robotics components/projects
- Stable broadband internet in the 40–100 Mbps range
- Reliable power supply or backup
- Quiet and suitable teaching environment

Selection Process Application Screening → Robotics/Technical Evaluation → Interview/Demo → Training → Final Assessment → Onboarding

Successful completion of training and the final assessment is required before teaching-hour allocation.

This is a freelance, pay-per-hour opportunity. Actual monthly earnings vary based on availability and hours allocated and conducted and are not guaranteed.
