Role Description

We are looking for a Robotics Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India .

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in working across robotics, industrial automation, PLC, control systems, mechatronics, sensors, machine vision, programming, and smart manufacturing .

The Robotics Engineer will work closely with automation, electrical, instrumentation, maintenance, production, process, and project teams to support the installation, operation, troubleshooting, and improvement of robotic and automated systems within the manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline .
- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in robotics, automation, mechatronics, PLC programming, controls,



industrial engineering, embedded systems, or related roles can apply.
- Candidates from automation, automotive, manufacturing, electronics, engineering, FMCG, food processing, packaging, logistics, warehouse automation, pharmaceuticals, or other technology-driven industries are welcome.
- Basic to good understanding of robotics, industrial automation, control systems, sensors, actuators, and mechatronic systems .
- Exposure to industrial robots from ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Yaskawa, Universal Robots, Kawasaki, Mitsubishi, or similar platforms will be an advantage but is not mandatory .
- Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, HMI, motion control, servo systems, or VFDs will be beneficial.
- Basic programming knowledge in Python, C/C++, ROS, MATLAB, or similar technologies will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of machine vision, computer vision, embedded systems, IoT, or smart manufacturing will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, control diagrams, robot manuals, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation will be an advantage.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in an on-site manufacturing setting .
- Internship, robotics competition, academic project, personal project, certification, industrial training, or hands-on robotics experience will be considered and is not mandatory .
- Strong willingness to learn and develop practical robotics and automation skills.
