Job Overview

ZICA Guwahati is looking for a Robotics Faculty & Counsellor who can teach students basic robotics and STEM concepts while also handling student counselling and course enquiries.

The ideal candidate should be technically sound, confident in communication, and comfortable interacting with students and parents.

Key ResponsibilitiesRobotics Faculty

- Conduct robotics and STEM classes for students.
- Teach basic robotics, electronics, sensors, Arduino, and programming.
- Conduct practical activities and hands-on projects.
- Guide students in building and completing robotics projects.
- Explain technical concepts in a easy and engaging way.
- Monitor student performance and provide guidance.
- Maintain a positive and interactive classroom environment.

Counselling

- Interact with students and parents regarding courses and career options.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Understand students' interests and suggest suitable courses.
- Follow up with prospective students.
- Explain course details, fees, duration,



and career opportunities.
- Support the admissions team in converting enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries and follow-ups.

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of Robotics, Arduino, Electronics, and Programming.
- Good communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to handle and guide students.
- Good counselling and convincing skills.
- Comfortable communicating with students and parents.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Passion for teaching and learning new technologies.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge and skills can also apply.
- Previous teaching or counselling experience will be an added advantage.
