Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Robotics Engineer role based in Garhwa.

The Robotics

Engineer will design, develop, and integrate robotic systems and automation solutions that align with the hardware-agnostic RobOps platform. Daily responsibilities include building and testing software modules, implementing control algorithms, and optimizing system performance for various robotic hardware. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve deployment workflows.

The Robotics

Engineer will also document designs, participate in code reviews,



and support ongoing maintenance and upgrades of deployed systems.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Robotics and Process Automation to design, implement, and optimize robotic solutions.
- Candidates should possess solid Software Development skills, including proficiency in languages commonly used in robotics (e.g., C++, Python) and working with relevant frameworks and APIs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Analytical Skills to diagnose complex system issues, interpret data, and improve performance.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clearly convey technical information.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Robotics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with robot operating systems (e.g., ROS), embedded systems, and hardware integration is beneficial.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, version control (e.g., Git), and agile development practices is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Garhwa, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
