Role & responsibilities

- Systematic approach of unloading & feeding of Raw material, additives and coal

- Knowledge of all raw materials, additives, fuel and AFR.

- Regular visiting to Raw material yards and supervising of unloading.

- Daily monitoring of RM stock

- Corrective & Additive mix preparation for Raw mill & cement mill.

- Supervision of Feeding of additives to Cement mill

- Supervision of clinker extraction and storage in yard. Loading of clinker for dispatch and supervising clinker feeding to cement mill.

- Co- ordinate and assist with internal team & external agency for monthly PV

- Knowledge of physical & chemical testing as per IS:4031 &4032

- Practical knowledge of quality function & shift activities.

- Knowledge of operation of chemical & physical lab equipment & its calibration

- Knowledge of sample collection as per IS method and supervision of sample collection & preparation.
