Position: RM Store Executive / Officer
Location: Azentyx Health Care Pvt. Ltd., Baddi, Himachal Pradesh
Reporting To: Store Manager / Head – Stores
1. Job Objective
To ensure proper receipt, storage, identification, documentation, inventory control, and issuance of Raw Materials (RM) in compliance with GMP, SOPs, safety requirements, and company procedures.
1. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Receipt of Raw Materials
- Receive raw materials against approved Purchase Orders (POs) and delivery documents.
- Verify material name, quantity, batch/lot number, manufacturer/supplier details, and packaging condition.
- Check documents such as Invoice, Delivery Challan, COA and other required documents.
- Ensure proper identification and segregation of Received, Quarantine, Approved, Rejected, and Returned materials.
- Report any shortage, damage, leakage, or discrepancy to the concerned department.
B. Storage & Material Management
- Store raw materials in designated areas as per their required storage conditions.
- Maintain proper status labeling and identification of all materials.
- Follow FEFO/FIFO principles as applicable.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and pest-control practices in the RM Store.
- Maintain required temperature and humidity conditions wherever applicable.
- Ensure rejected, expired, damaged, and returned materials are physically segregated.
C. Issuance of Raw Materials
- Issue raw materials to Production as per approved Material Requisition/Dispensing documents.
- Verify material name, code, batch number, quantity, and status before issuance.
- Ensure accurate weighing/dispensing of materials wherever applicable.
- Maintain proper records of issued materials and material traceability.
- Ensure only QA-approved materials are issued for production.
D. Inventory Control
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and physical records.
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and inform the Store Manager regarding shortages or excess stock.
- Identify near-expiry and slow-moving materials.
- Participate in periodic and annual physical inventory/stock verification.
- Investigate and report stock discrepancies.
E. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain all RM Store records, registers, forms, and logbooks as per SOPs.
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of every material movement.
- Follow Valuable Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits by providing required records and documents.
- Maintain records in a clear, accurate, and timely manner.
F. Coordination
- Coordinate with Purchase, QA, QC, Production, and Accounts departments regarding material receipt, approval, shortage, rejection, and issuance.
- Follow up with QA/QC for sampling, testing, and release of received materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase regarding material discrepancies and supplier-related issues.

Required Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc./B.Com./B.Pharm/D.Pharm or relevant qualification.
- Experience: 1–5 years in pharmaceutical/chemical manufacturing Stores, preferably in RM Store.
- Knowledge of GMP, GDP, FIFO/FEFO, inventory management, and ERP will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

- Knowledge of pharmaceutical RM storage practices.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production requirements.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/Store Management Software.
- Strong understanding of safety and material-handling practices.
1. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Inventory accuracy.
- Timely issuance of RM to Production.
- Proper material identification and segregation.
- Compliance with GMP/GDP and SOP requirements.
- Reduction in stock discrepancies.
- Proper maintenance of storage conditions.
- Timely completion of stock verification.
- Zero documentation errors and material mix-ups.
1. Authority & Accountability
The RM Store Executive/Officer shall be accountable for the safe custody, proper storage, accurate documentation, inventory control, and timely issuance of raw materials while ensuring compliance with applicable SOPs, GMP, GDP, and company policies. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
