Educational Qualification

- ITI (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical) or any discipline, with basic computer and electrical/technical knowledge.

Salary: In-hand ₹15,000–₹22,000/month + PF, ESIC

Job Summary

We are looking for an RMA Coordinator to manage customer-returned material end-to-end — from inspection and sorting through to supplier recovery and Hold Rack clearance. The role requires accuracy, follow-through, and the ability to coordinate across purchase, technical, and finance to close every return efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect material returned by customers and identify items fit to be stocked back in.
- Sort damaged or faulty returns and route them to the Technical Team.
- Verify and record the refund amount already provided to the customer for each return.




- Raise supplier claims for refund or replacement on faulty/defective material and track them to closure via regular MoM follow-ups.
- Audit the Hold Rack periodically — identify why material is held and act (stock-in, add missing part, or send to Technical).
- Maintain accurate return/RMA records and share status updates with Upper Management.

Desirable Skills

- Strong verbal communication and coordination skills — this role involves regular touchpoints with Warehouse, Technical, Purchase, and Supplier teams, and needs someone who can drive alignment across all of them.
- Sound decision-making ability to independently assess returned material and decide the right course of action (stock-in, technical escalation, or supplier claim).
- Basic technical knowledge of electronic components, sensors, modules, and boards.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
