Job Title: Lead - Risk & Policy – TWL & Electric-Two-Wheeler

Reporting To: Head - Risk & Policy - Wheels Lending

Responsibilities for the job

Own end-to-end Risk & Policy framework for Two-Wheeler and Electric Two-Wheeler and e-TWL lending business

· Own end-to-end Risk & Policy for TW and Electric TW portfolios.

· Design and refine underwriting policies, eligibility criteria, exposure norms and decision frameworks.

· Independently drive portfolio deep-dives/RCA, identify risk drivers and translate findings into actionable policy or process interventions.

· Drive policy changes end-to-end from problem identification and recommendation through stakeholder alignment, implementation and post-implementation monitoring.

· Define portfolio risk appetite and monitor policy effectiveness.

· Drive approval, LTV, eligibility and segmentation strategies.

· Build and implement risk programs with OEMs, dealers and channel partners.

· Use bureau, banking, alternative data, scorecards and portfolio analytics for policy optimisation.

· Lead discussions with Business, Product, Technology, Operations,



Collections and Analytics and independently resolve risk-policy issues.

· Lead policy governance, exception management and risk reviews.

· Present portfolio performance and risk recommendations to senior management.

· Lead initiatives across EV financing and emerging lending models.

· Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal governance requirements.

Eligibility Criteria for the Job

Education

MBA/CA/Masters

Work Experience

10-15 years of experience in Retail Loans / Consumer loans lending / Vehicle finance / credit risk and policy. Direct TW/Auto/EV lending experience will be preferred, but candidates from adjacent retail lending products with strong credit policy, portfolio analytics and risk strategy experience may also be considered

Technical Skills Strong analytical skills coupled with positive understanding of Credit risk management, scorecards. Domain understanding of wheels lending on credit policy, Risk strategy, Bureau and alternate Data, Portfolio Analytics.

Management Skills

Lead and develop Risk & Policy team, establish clear ownership and drive independent decision-making.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and presentation skill
