Role Description This is a full time, on-site Risk Management Analyst role based in Jhansi.

The Risk Management

Analyst will assess credit and operational risks across various loan products, perform risk analysis using financial and statistical data, and support the development of risk policies and frameworks. The role includes monitoring loan portfolios, identifying emerging risks, preparing risk reports and dashboards, and recommending mitigation strategies to management. Daily responsibilities also involve collaborating with finance, operations, and credit teams, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement of risk assessment processes.





Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in risk analysis and risk assessment methods relevant to lending and financial services.
- Solid foundation in finance, including understanding of loan products, credit evaluation, and portfolio monitoring.
- Knowledge of statistics and quantitative techniques for modeling, forecasting, and trend analysis.
- Effective communication skills for presenting findings, preparing clear reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or professional certification (e.g., FRM, CFA) is an advantage.
- Experience in risk management, banking, NBFC, or financial services preferred, especially in agricultural or MSME lending.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis tools; familiarity with risk management software or BI tools is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jhansi, maintain high ethical standards, and adhere to regulatory and organizational policies.
