Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Ride & Shine Executive to engage with Royal Enfield customers, promote rides and events, and ensure a strong customer experience through regular communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and promote Royal Enfield rides, events, and customer engagement activities.
- Communicate with customers regarding upcoming rides, events, offers, and activities.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
- Manage customer registrations and participation for rides and events.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams for smooth event execution.
- Build robust relationships with Royal Enfield customers and riding communities.
- Support social media and promotional activities related to rides and events.




- Collect customer feedback and maintain proper records.
- Ensure skilled representation of the Royal Enfield brand during all activities.

Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Interest in motorcycles, riding, and outdoor activities will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media.
- Ability to coordinate events and work as part of a team.
- Freshers can also apply.
