Deliverables

* Develop and maintain 3D MEP BIM models

- Work with point cloud / Scan to BIM data
- Model coordination and clash detection
- Prepare 2D drawings, schedules and BOQs
- Support BIM QC, coordination and project deliverables

Role & responsibilities

- Create and maintain high-fidelity 3D BIM models for MEP systems using Revit.
- Work with Scan to BIM data (point clouds) to develop accurate and coordinated models.
- Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks Manage.
- Extract accurate as-built 2D drawings, schedules, and quantities from BIM models.
- Ensure models comply with project BEP, BIM standards, and client requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, structural,



and other MEP disciplines for seamless integration.
- Participate in model reviews, quality checks, and issue resolution.
- Maintain proper model documentation, file naming conventions, and version control.
- Support project execution from concept to construction documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

.BE/ BTech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architecture Engineering.

- Diploma / Certification in BIM is a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in Revit BIM Modeling for MEP projects.
- Good understanding of building systems and MEP coordination.
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
