Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and creative individual to join our international team as a specialist in Revenue Steering. In this role you will play a crucial part in assisting our Global and Regional Revenue Management teams in driving revenue growth and tackling revenue leakages.

- Responsible for tariff maintenance (Regional/Time pending)
- Working with Quotation and contract screens with rate agreements for reconciliation purposes
- Assisting the reconciliation process for NMRs and VIDs with thorough Qliksense/Qlikview commercial reports
- Driving dispute management reduction by auditing invoice visibility at charge code level
- Working with Sales processes and Allocation management screens (A9010/9100/A9040) and coordinating with TM for target setting review processes

Required Skills

- Strong Commercial acumen
- Preferably completed university degree in Business / Economics (or similar field of study)



or completed apprenticeship as liner shipping professional.
- At least 4-6 years of work experience in shipping industry
- Experience in communication and presentation to management level
- Ability to simplify complex situations in a structured way and able to communicate same to the organization with advanced presentation skills
- Creative mindset and ability to develop and implement recent ideas
- Collaborative and leadership mindset
- Conflict resolution skills and assertiveness
- Methodical skills and efficient way of working
- Ability to work in a team while having strong leadership skills
- Analytical thinking skills
- Solid experience in Sales and/or related departments
- Experience driving change & projects across Areas
- Very good communication skills in English, further languages are nice to have.
