We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Store Manager to lead our retail operations and build a strong customer-first team.

Key Responsibilities:
- ? Manage complete day-to-day store operations
- ? Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets
- ? Lead, train and motivate the sales team
- ? Ensure excellent customer service and product guidance
- ? Manage inventory, stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- ✨ Maintain store presentation and brand standards
- ? Monitor daily sales, billing,
cash and operational reports
- ? Coordinate with management and brand teams
- ❤️ Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
Who We’re Looking For:
- ✅ Prior experience in retail store management , preferably in beauty, cosmetics, fashion or lifestyle retail
- ? Solid sales and team-management skills
- ?️ Good communication and customer-handling abilities
- ⚡ Hands-on, responsible and target-oriented approach
- ? Knowledge of cosmetics and beauty brands will be preferred
