Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive sales, achieve monthly targets, and improve store profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the retail sales team.
- Monitor KPIs such as Sales, ATV, UPT, Conversion, and ASP.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries/complaints.
- Maintain visual merchandising, stock availability, and store standards.
- Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and daily briefings.
- Manage inventory, stock transfers, and minimize stock loss/shrinkage.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented with positive knowledge of retail KPIs.
- Good understanding of sales, inventory, and visual merchandising.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹20,208.33 - ₹60,053.58 per month
