Role Description The Retail Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role includes managing staff scheduling, supervising sales performance, and maintaining visual merchandising standards that align with Frikly’s brand.

The Store

Manager monitors inventory levels, coordinates with supply teams, and implements retail loss prevention practices to safeguard assets. They handle customer escalations, guide team members in delivering high-quality service, and track key metrics such as footfall, conversion,



and customer satisfaction. The role also involves training and mentoring store associates, driving local marketing initiatives, and collaborating with leadership to meet revenue and operational targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a track record of building positive client relationships.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to guide and motivate store teams.
- Candidates should possess Store Management capabilities, including experience overseeing daily operations, team supervision, merchandising, and performance reporting.
- Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention awareness, including basic knowledge of shrink control, cash handling protocols, and adherence to store policies.
- Experience in retail or consumer-facing environments, ideally in home décor, interiors, or lifestyle segments.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including team coaching, conflict resolution, and accountability to operational goals.
- Comfort with using POS systems, basic analytics tools, and standard office software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail management, business, or a related field is preferred.
