Role & responsibilities

- Receive and engage with the customer to understand the customers requirement

- Introduce the various product offering to the customers and facilitate customer buying decision

- Prepare the estimate of the products selected and completing the sales transaction

- Achieve category wise sales target for the allocated section

- Assist the customer in a sales return or repair work
- To provide Excellent Customer Service.

- To ensure that the customer is satisfied and adequately taken care of while making a purchase

Preferred candidate profile

- +2 or any Degree with 0 5 years of experience in retail sales.

- Should be good at People, process and Product management.

- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role

- Positive communication skills

- Should be Pleasant and Friendly

- Timings 10.00 AM to 9.00 PM ( Shifts available)
