We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Retail Sales Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations, drive top-line revenue, and lead front-line retail sales teams. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with hands-on floor leadership to maintain high visual merchandising standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences across Bangalore outlets.

Experience: 5–10 Years (Prior experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager strongly preferred)

Compensation: Up to ₹10,00,000 CTC per annum (Commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets; analyze footfall, conversion rates, and average transaction values (ATV).
- Store Operations: Supervise daily opening/closing procedures, visual merchandising (VM), cash handling, inventory management, shrinkage control, and audit compliance.
- Team Leadership & Development: Train, mentor, and motivate sales associates; manage rostering, performance KPIs,



and customer service standards.
- Customer Experience: Drive customer loyalty, resolve escalated customer queries/grievances, and champion service excellence.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 5 to 10 years of total experience in retail sales and operations; 2+ years leading store operations as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager preferred.
- Domain Knowledge: Robust understanding of retail metrics (conversion rate, shrinkage, stock turnover, ATV).
- Skills: Proven team management skills, inventory control proficiency, and familiarity with POS/ERP systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Kannada/Hindi is a strong plus.
