We're hiring | Retail Sales Merchandiser

About the Role

We are looking for a Retail Sales Merchandiser who can manage and grow business across multiple Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs). The candidate will act as a key point of contact between designer brands and MBOs and will be responsible for driving sales, managing stock, and ensuring smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage relationships and day-to-day business with multiple MBOs.
- Identify and approach new MBOs for brand placement and business expansion.
- Coordinate with MBO buyers and teams to place designer brands across relevant stores.
- Act as the primary POC between the brand and MBO.
- Generate new orders and drive business from existing MBOs.
- Follow up with MBOs for sales, orders, payments, and pending requirements.
- Monitor brand-wise and MBO-wise sales performance and identify opportunities to improve sales.
- Manage stock availability, stock movement, and replenishment across MBOs.
- Coordinate with the brand team for stock requirements and timely dispatches.




- Monitor slow-moving products and work with MBOs to improve sell-through.
- Ensure new collections and products are properly introduced and placed at MBOs.
- Maintain regular communication with MBOs and build strong buyer relationships.
- Maintain MBO-wise sales, stock, order, and payment trackers.
- Prepare and update reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Skills & requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Retail Sales, Fashion Merchandising, MBO Sales, or Key Account Management.
- Prior experience working with multiple MBOs is highly preferred.
- Experience with designer, luxury, premium fashion, or lifestyle brands will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
- Valuable sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work independently.
