Job Role

- Retail Sales Executive

- Responsible for planning and scheduling market visits for lead generation.

- Meet sales targets for multiple payment and financial solutions.

- Promote QR codes, Sound Box, EDC/Card Swipe Machines, Point of Sale software, insurance, and other financial products.

- Visit client locations to demonstrate and deploy products.

- Explain product features, benefits, and best practices to customers.

- Generate new leads through regular market visits and customer interactions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and business customers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Market Visits:

- Plan and schedule daily market visits for lead generation.

- Identify potential merchants and business customers in the assigned area.

- Conduct field visits and generate new sales opportunities.

- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.

Sales & Business Development

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Sell multiple payment solutions and financial products.

- Promote QR codes, Sound Box,



EDC/Card Swipe Machines, and Point of Sale software.

- Promote insurance and other financial products as assigned.

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

Product Demonstration & Deployment

- Visit clients at their business locations.

- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and usage.

- Demonstrate the products and explain best practices.

- Assist with product deployment and ensure proper customer understanding.

Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain robust relationships with merchants and customers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

- Provide basic support and resolve product-related queries.

- Maintain regular follow-up to improve customer satisfaction and product usage.
