– Retail Sales Associate, Vasanthamayil

Vasanthamayil, a clothing and fashion store in Kangayam, is looking for a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is customer-friendly, target-driven, and enjoys helping people find the right look for themselves.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers as they enter the store and understand what they're looking for
- Suggest outfits, styles, and combinations based on customer preference and current trends
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by store management
- Keep the sales floor neat, with garments properly arranged, folded, and displayed
- Monitor stock levels on the floor and inform management when items need restocking
- Assist in unpacking, tagging,



and arranging recent stock/shipments
- Manage trial room coordination and ensure a smooth fitting experience for customers
- Process exchanges and returns as per store policy
- Build long-term relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat visits
- Support extra footfall and extended hours during festival and sale seasons
- Maintain basic hygiene and presentation standards on the floor

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
