About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our Delhi NCR retail stores. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the brand's standards of grooming and store presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers professionally and understand their requirements.
- Explain product features, designs, pricing, offers, and other relevant details.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent shopping experiences.
- Maintain proper product display and ensure the store is clean and well-presented.
- Handle billing/POS operations and assist with inventory-related activities.
- Maintain customer relationships and support repeat business.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, grooming standards, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager/ASM to achieve store objectives.
- Handle jewellery products carefully and maintain proper security standards.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, jewellery,



luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle, or a similar industry preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude may also apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Solid customer-handling and selling skills.
- Presentable personality with professional grooming.
- Comfortable working on sales targets and rotational shifts.
- Basic knowledge of POS and billing systems is preferred.
