- Prescription Handling: Receive, process, count, and package prescriptions; prepare and print labels; prepare medication for dispensing under pharmacist supervision.
- Customer Service: Assist patients in-person and over the phone with prescription pickups, general inquiries, and directing complex questions to the pharmacist.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, receive and unpack deliveries, rotate stock, check expiry dates, and keep shelves organized and stocked.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain patient files, process sales transactions (cash/card), handle emails, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Pharmacy Operations: Ensure work areas are clean and organized, assist with daily tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
