Roles and Responsibilities :

- Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of COCO (Company Owned, Company Operated) fuel stations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

- Monitor fuel sales, lubricant sales, customer service, stock levels, and overall outlet performance.

- Drive sales of petrol, diesel, lubricants, engine oils, and other automotive products to achieve business targets.

- Conduct regular quality checks of fuel, lubricants, equipment, and outlet operations as per company standards.

- Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, housekeeping, and maintenance of the retail outlet.

- Monitor availability and condition of dispensing units, signage, safety equipment, canopies, customer facilities, and other outlet infrastructure.

- Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and company guidelines at the fuel station.





Job Requirements :

- 0–3 years of experience in retail outlet operations, fuel station management, lubricant sales, petroleum sales, or a related field.

- Experience in Oil & Gas / Petroleum Retail / Lubricant Sales will be preferred.

- Positive understanding of fuel station operations, sales, customer service, and retail outlet management.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with outlet staff, customers, vendors, and internal teams.

- Willingness to travel/visit multiple retail outlets as required.

- Any Graduate qualification preferred.
