We are looking for a Retail / Counter Sales Staff to join our team RSBP Brand to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service.

Job Role: Retail Sales Executive / Counter Sales Executive

Job Location: Kolkata

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives

Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates both can apply

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

- Attend customers at the store/counter and understand their requirements
- Explain products, prices, offers, and features to customers
- Handle billing and basic cash/UPI transactions
- Maintain product display and cleanliness of the counter/store




- Assist with stock checking and inventory
- Provide good customer service and handle customer queries politely

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of Hindi/Bengali preferred
- Sales or retail experience will be an advantage
- Must be punctual, responsible, and presentable
