Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager, based in Chennai. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer satisfaction, and uphold high standards of food quality and hygiene. Responsibilities include leading a team, supervising food and beverage service, managing hiring and training processes, and ensuring a seamless and welcoming guest experience.

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly preferred

Experience Preferred:

- Candidates with 2–5 years of relevant Fine Dine Restaurant experience are preferred.
- Candidates with more than 5 years of Fine Dine Restaurant experience are also encouraged to apply.
