Job Summary -
We are looking for a Resume Writer to create and improve professional, ATS-friendly resumes for candidates applying for jobs in the US market.
Key Responsibilities -
- Create, edit, and format professional resumes.
- Understand candidates' skills, experience, projects, and career goals.
- Customize resumes based on job descriptions and target roles.
- Write clear and impactful qualified summaries and experience bullet points.
- Ensure correct grammar, formatting, and ATS-friendly keywords.
- Explain completed resumes to candidates and help them understand how their profile, skills, and experience are presented.
- Coordinate with recruiters and candidates when required.
Requirements -
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience; freshers can also apply.
- Basic understanding of technical/IT terminology.
- Strong attention to detail and writing skills.
- Willingness to work in US shift/night shift.
