Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
- Ensure smooth service during peak hours
- Maintain hygiene and quality standards
Team Management
- Supervise and train staff
- Create duty rosters
- Maintain discipline and team motivation
Sales & Customer Service
- Ensure excellent customer experience
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Increase sales through upselling and service quality
Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor stock and place orders
- Reduce wastage and control costs
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years experience as Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager
- Experience in café, casual dining, or bakery preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Basic computer knowledge

- Experience in Goa market
- Experience with delivery apps
- Experience handling multiple outlets
