Role Description The Restaurant Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and delivering an excellent guest experience. The role includes managing front-of-house and back-of-house teams, coordinating shift schedules, and ensuring service standards and food quality are consistently maintained.

The Restaurant

Manager will handle customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and drive customer satisfaction and repeat business. Additional responsibilities include supervising inventory and ordering, monitoring hygiene and safety compliance,



supporting hiring and onboarding of team members, and working with leadership on revenue targets and promotional activities. The role requires active floor presence, hands-on problem-solving, and close collaboration with kitchen and service teams.

Qualifications

- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to manage guest feedback and maintain high service standards.
- Effective Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written communication and the ability to coordinate across teams.
- Experience with Hiring and training staff, including workforce planning, performance feedback, and team development.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding, quality control, and basic costing principles.
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a high-volume or multi-outlet environment.
- Proficiency in basic POS systems, billing, and daily reporting; comfort with using digital tools for operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
