The Manager is responsible for managing and monitoring the overall operations of multiple Rail Rolls outlets within the assigned area. The role involves ensuring operational efficiency, sales growth, staff performance, food quality, customer satisfaction, cost control, and compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities1. Outlet Operations
- Manage and monitor the day-to-day operations in outlets.
- Ensure all outlets operate smoothly and efficiently.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and operational inspections.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational standards, and procedures.
- Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
