We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, build a robust team, and deliver an excellent guest experience. You'll oversee staff, manage budgets, and help drive the restaurant's overall success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, and scheduling
- Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor profitability
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain quality standards for food, service, and cleanliness
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Qualifications
- 5+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reporting
- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
