Responsibilities
- Restaurant opening & closing
- Staff management & attendance
- Purchase of vegetables, grocery & packaging
- Stock & wastage control
- Daily sales/cash/UPI checking
- Customer handling
- Kitchen & service coordination
- Maintaining cleanliness and food quality
- Daily reporting to owner
Requirements
- Restaurant/F&B; experience preferred
- Good leadership & communication
- Able to manage staff independently
- Responsible and hardworking
- Ready to relocate to Mumbai
- Long-term work commitment
