Badboy Pizza is looking for a high-energy, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our Ahmedabad location! We need someone who loves being on the floor, can build an incredible guest experience, and is equally confident managing kitchen operations and teams behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

- Own the restaurant floor: Create great energy, engage with guests, lead the FOH team, and ensure every customer has a memorable Badboy experience.
- Lead smooth daily operations: Coordinate seamlessly between Front of House and Kitchen teams to ensure efficient service and minimal operational gaps.
- Manage and motivate teams: Train, guide, schedule, and hold teams accountable while maintaining a positive and high-performance work culture.
- Maintain quality & consistency: Ensure every pizza and product meets Badboy Pizza’s quality and presentation standards.
- Champion hygiene & cleanliness: Take complete ownership of food safety, hygiene, housekeeping, and overall restaurant cleanliness.
- Drive operational efficiency: Manage inventory,



wastage, costs, and day-to-day processes to keep the restaurant running efficiently.
- Solve problems on the go: Be hands-on, proactive, and comfortable handling guest concerns and operational challenges in real time.

What We’re Looking For

- Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced F&B; environment.
- A natural leader with high energy and strong people management skills.
- Comfortable managing both FOH guest experience and BOH/kitchen operations.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, food quality, hygiene, and cost control.
- Excellent communication skills and a hands-on attitude someone who leads from the front, not the office!
