Job Summary
FabCafe is looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the restaurant. The candidate will be responsible for team management, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, sales, and maintaining service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise overall restaurant operations.
- Lead, train, and manage the restaurant team effectively.
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, and management.
- Monitor daily sales, expenses, inventory, and operational activities.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and F&B; standards.
- Drive sales and work towards achieving monthly targets.
