Roles and Responsibilities :

- Welcome customers, guide them to tables, and hand out menus.

- Accurately take food and drink orders, generate Kitchen Order Tickets (KOTs), and suggest popular menu items.

- Efficiently handle cash transactions and process itemized bills using POS software.

- Professionally handle guest requests or complaints to ensure a excellent dining experience.

- Accept cash, credit/debit card, UPI, and mobile wallet payments accurately.

- Coordinate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements :

- Possess strong knowledge of billing, cash handling, and cashier activities.

- Demonstrate the ability to manage steward activities and serve customers promptly.

- Have experience in team coordination and supervising staff members.

- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and order-taking skills is required.

- Familiarity with hotel management principles and practices is essential.
