Restaurant Captain – A Restaurant Captain is responsible for managing the restaurant service on a shift and ensuring guests receive excellent food and service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and greet guests warmly.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Explain the menu, specials, and promotions to customers.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely food delivery.
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Handle customer requests, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure correct billing and payment procedures.
- Guide and support waiters and other service staff.
- Check food presentation and service quality before serving.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and restaurant standards.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations.




- Train junior service staff when required.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverages.
- Leadership and team-management ability.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good grooming and qualified appearance.
- Basic billing/POS knowledge is an advantage.
- Previous restaurant/hotel experience is preferred.

Typical Qualification: Hospitality-related qualification, Experience in restaurant service is usually preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
