About The Job:

- 3-4 years of experience in resource management, vendor management, procurement operations, reporting, or a related field
- Previous experience supporting consulting or professional services organizations
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data collection, validation, and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Professionalism,



integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information
- Customer-focused with solid follow-through and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio)

Essential Job Functions:

- Support subcontractor identification and availability tracking.
- Coordinate subcontractor onboarding activities, including supplier setup and required documentation.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of Service Provider Agreements (SPAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Support subcontractor record creation, email provisioning, contractor time entry reviews, and purchase order receipt processing.
- Maintain data integrity within PJR or similar resource management applications by updating resource assignments, schedules, staffing ownership, work patterns, skills, and assignment status.
- Generate and maintain operational reports related to consultant schedules, staffing requirements, nominations, and resource metrics.

• Collaborate with Resource Managers, Procurement, Finance, Consulting leadership, and external suppliers to ensure timely and accurate processing of operational activities.

Qualifications: B.Com in Any Specialization,



B.Tech / B.E. in Any Specialization, B.C.A.

MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
