Job Responsibilities

- Prepare authentic and hygienic South Indian home-style meals.
- Expertise in dishes such as Idli, Dosa, Vada, Sambar, Rasam, Upma, Pongal, Appam, Puttu, Curries, Rice varieties, and South Indian breakfast items.
- Prepare both vegetarian and non-vegetarian South Indian dishes as required.
- Plan daily menus according to the family's preferences and dietary requirements.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and kitchen safety.
- Handle grocery requirements and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking utensils.
- Prepare fresh, nutritious, and less-oily home-style food.

Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Home Chef / Private Chef / South Indian Cook.
- Robust knowledge of authentic South Indian cuisine.




- Should be comfortable working in a private household.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen management.
- Presentable, disciplined, trustworthy, and well-mannered.
- Candidates who can prepare traditional South Indian meals with authentic taste will be preferred.
