We are looking for an experienced, driven Senior Ticketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage complex flight reservations, oversee B2B sub-agent portals, and deliver top-tier service. Technical expertise in GDS with a strong sales mindset and a passion for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Reservations & Ticketing: Handle end-to-end flight bookings, re-issuance, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary modifications.
- GDS & B2B Operations: Manage bookings across GDS platforms and various B2B sub-agent portals to secure competitive fares.
- Sales & Growth: Proactively identify upsell opportunities (preferred seating, travel insurance, upgrades) and build solid relationships with B2B sub-agents to drive revenue.
- Customer & Partner Support: Deliver prompt, clear communication to resolve complex travel queries, schedule changes, and sub-agent requests.
- Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all bookings adhere strictly to airline rules, fare conditions,



and internal quality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in airline ticketing or travel agency operations.
- Certification: Valid IATA Diploma required.
- Technical Skills: Proven expertise using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) and hands-on experience with various B2B sub-agent portals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Mindset: Targets-driven, sales-oriented, and focused on business growth and sub-agent network expansion.
