About Triomics

Triomics is building the agentic AI layer for oncology EHRs. Cancer hospitals spend billions on highly trained staff manually reading unstructured patient records such as pathology reports, clinical notes, and genomic panels to power workflows like trial matching, registry curation, visit prep, and quality reporting. We replace that manual work with task-driven AI agents that sit inside the EMR and process records with >95% accuracy, at scale, in real time.

We have grown 10x in the last one year and are processing millions of documents monthly.

Role Overview

As a Research Intern , you will work across clinical research, research operations, market research, and competitive intelligence . You will support clinical trial analysis, research workflows, data organization, and healthcare research while contributing to market and industry intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

- Clinical Trial Research: Review and interpret Inclusion/Exclusion criteria from ClinicalTrials.gov and study protocols to understand patient eligibility requirements.
- Research Operations: Support research workflows including data collection, validation, organization, documentation, and quality checks across clinical and market research projects.
- Clinical Research: Conduct clinical trial, clinical pipeline, medical conference, and oncology research and summarize key findings.
- Data & Documentation: Maintain accurate research trackers, databases, and documentation using Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive .
- Research Analysis: Gather, organize, and synthesize information from clinical databases, public sources, research reports, and industry platforms.
- Oncology Research: Develop familiarity with oncology, medical, pathology, and clinical research terminology.




- Market & Competitive Research: Conduct focused secondary research on healthcare, biotech, pharma, and competitors to support business and strategy teams.
- Account Research: Research and profile relevant healthcare, pharma, biotech, and cancer center organizations as needed.
- Cross-functional Support: Work with research, product, sales, strategy, and other teams on time-sensitive research and operational projects.
- Ensure high accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across research outputs.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field .
- Freshers and candidates with relevant internships or 0–1.5 years of experience are welcome.
- Strong interest in clinical research, oncology, healthcare, biotech, and pharma .
- Basic understanding of clinical trials and clinical research ; familiarity with ClinicalTrials.gov is preferred.
- Ability to understand medical, oncology, and pathology terminology .
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.) .
- Strong research, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills .
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with structured and unstructured information .
- Fast learner who is self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment.

Good to Have

- Exposure to oncology, clinical trials, clinical research, or healthcare technology .
- Experience with ClinicalTrials.gov or clinical trial protocols .
- Familiarity with research and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, GlobalData, ZoomInfo, or Clay .
- Basic understanding of regulatory or clinical trial terminology .
