We are looking for a curious, analytical, and self-driven Research Fellow to work in the Human-AI Cognition Lab.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to research at the intersection of Human-AI Interaction, Cognitive Science, and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). As an early member of the lab, you will assist the founder in exploring how people think, make decisions, and maintain agency while working with AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the founder to support ongoing and new Human-AI research projects.
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and identify emerging research trends.
- Assist in designing research studies, experiments, surveys, and user studies.
- Draft research papers, reports, presentations, and publication materials.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary researchers and contribute to research discussions.
- Stay current with developments in AI, cognition, HCI, and related fields.





Requirements

- PhD (completed or recently awarded), Postdoctoral experience, or equivalent research experience in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human-AI Interaction, Computer-Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW), Cognitive Science, Psychology, Computer Science, or any related discipline.
- Strong academic writing, research, and critical thinking skills.
- Experience conducting independent research and publishing scholarly work is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Genuine curiosity about how humans interact with AI and emerging technologies.
