Role Description: This is a full time, on-site Research and Development Engineer role based in Hyderabad. The role involves conducting research to identify emerging technologies and methodologies relevant to enterprise software platforms, and translating findings into practical design and development initiatives.

The Research and Development Engineer will contribute to product development by designing, prototyping, and refining features, while collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, product management, and QA. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and executing test plans, analyzing results, optimizing system performance, and documenting technical approaches and outcomes. The role also requires continuous learning,



problem-solving, and participation in technical discussions to support the creation of scalable, reliable, and innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate complex systems, interpret data, and drive evidence-based decisions.
- Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D;) and Research skills to explore new technologies, validate concepts, and develop innovative solutions.
- Candidates should possess Testing skills to design test cases, perform functional and performance testing, and ensure product quality and reliability.
- Candidates should possess Product Development experience to contribute to architecture, implementation, and iteration of enterprise-grade software platforms.
- Strong foundation in computer science, software engineering, or related field; a bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (such as Java, Python, or C++) and familiarity with software development best practices.
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms, or data-intensive applications is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, communicate clearly, and manage tasks with attention to detail.
