Experience: 2-9 Years in CDMO

Mandatory - Hands-on experience in process scale-up and technology transfer within pharmaceutical CDMO environments.

Qualification: Phd or M.Sc., Organic Chemistry

Key Responsibilities

- Perform and optimize multi-step organic synthesis of APIs, intermediates, and custom molecules.
- Develop scalable synthetic processes for pilot plant and commercial manufacturing.
- Conduct route scouting, process optimization, impurity profiling, and yield improvement studies.
- Collaborate with Analytical, Production, QA, and QC teams to execute projects successfully.
- Maintain laboratory notebooks, batch records, technical reports, and project documentation.
- Support customer projects and ensure timely achievement of development milestones.
- Drive continuous improvement in process efficiency, quality, safety, and cost effectiveness.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of organic synthesis, reaction mechanisms, and process chemistry.
- Experience in multi-step synthesis, purification, crystallization, and process optimization.
- Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, NMR, and LC-MS.
- Solid documentation, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
